Gary Rome Auto Group Donates to the One Fund!

Holyoke Massachusetts. July 8, 2013 – Gary Rome Auto Group has donated $1,530.00 to The One Fund today. We all know about the tragic Boston Marathon events that unfolded on April 15, 2013. The One Fund was formed, at the request of Governor Deval Patrick and Boston mayor, Thomas M. Menino to assist the victims and families affected. Based on the generosity of our fellow citizens, the Fund has raised a total of $62,530,310 to date.

“The tragic events at the Boston Marathon affected thousands of people directly.” Says Gary Rome, President of Gary Rome Auto Group, “The rest of the country grieved along with each and every one of them. Personally, I feel like this could happen to anyone when we least expect it, so I can’t miss the opportunity to show how much I care and support the One Fund efforts.”

Gary Rome Auto Group raised funds to support the cause that will help the victims and their families. They asked for people come to Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke or Gary Rome Kia in Enfield and take a test drive. For each test drive Gary would donate $10 to The One Fund and would give a $10 gift certificate to Squires Bistro in Agawam. If anyone decided to buy a new Hyundai or Kia, Gary would then donate $100 to The One Fund. Anyone can also donate directly to The One Fund:
